The Details, Before We Meet

These policies apply to services provided by TWC Company Inc. Service descriptions, prices and availability are published separately. By booking, clients agree to the applicable terms below.

Booking & Arrival

Regular appointments are available Monday to Friday, 5–11:30 PM, and weekends, 8 AM–11:30 PM.

Online bookings require at least four hours' notice. Other times may be arranged directly, subject to availability.

All advertised prices include applicable HST.

Companionship requires full online payment at booking. Mobile Massage requires a 15% deposit, and Overnight requires a $150 reservation deposit. Other services follow the payment arrangements displayed at checkout.

Standard appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice, unless service-specific terms provide otherwise.

Refunds, cancellations and deposits remain subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may reduce the time available without changing the agreed price.

The Lodge's address is provided after booking. Driveway and street parking are available.

Payment & Cancellations

All advertised prices include applicable HST.

Payment is accepted online or at the appointment by cash, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, debit, credit or supported digital wallets.

Companionship requires full online payment at booking. Mobile Massage requires a 15% deposit, and Overnight requires a $150 reservation deposit. Other services follow the payment arrangements displayed at checkout.

Standard appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. After two late cancellations or no-shows, future bookings may be declined.

Mobile massage, companionship and overnight reservations have specific deposit and cancellation terms outlined below.

Prepaid massage passes and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions.

Massage

I offer two types of non-clinical relaxation massage: Swedish Massage and Skin-to-Skin Massage.

Swedish Massage uses traditional hand and forearm movements, heated oil and adjustable pressure.

Skin-to-Skin Massage involves more extensive body contact, including my hands, arms and torso, and may involve seated, reclining or supported body-weight positions on a spacious massage bed.

Clothing, draping, positioning and contact preferences are discussed before the appointment. Consent is required throughout.

Four-hand, simultaneous couples and group massages may involve additional independent masseurs, hired and paid separately.

Couples may also book consecutive individual massages with me.

I am not a Registered Massage Therapist. My services are not medical treatments and are not eligible for RMT insurance reimbursement. Ordinary business receipts are available upon request.

Mobile Massage

Mobile massage is available at suitable homes, hotels and private accommodations, with a minimum appointment of 60 minutes.

I provide the massage table, fresh linens, heated oil and essential supplies. Clients must provide a clean, private space with sufficient room for the equipment.

A 15% deposit is payable online at booking and credited toward the final price.

Additional travel charges may apply outside my regular Ottawa service area and will be communicated before confirmation.

Standard cancellation and rescheduling terms apply unless otherwise specified at booking.

Embrace (Professional Cuddling)

Embrace is a fully clothed, platonic professional cuddling service involving consensual hugging, holding and shared rest.

Both participants remain dressed, with at least a shirt and shorts. Sexual touching and sexual services are not included.

Either person may change their preferences, pause or stop physical contact at any time.

Skin-to-Skin Embrace

Skin-to-Skin Embrace is a professional cuddling service involving greater direct skin contact than standard Embrace.

Clothing preferences may range from underwear to optional clothing, subject to mutual agreement. No degree of undress constitutes consent to sexual activity.

Genital contact, sexual touching and sexual services are not included.

Contact preferences and boundaries must be discussed beforehand and may be changed at any time.

Grooming & Assisted Self-Care

Grooming includes personalized body trimming, shaving and assisted self-care, tailored to individual needs and preferences.

Appointments are charged by time rather than body area. Clients may reserve additional time to ensure availability and pay only for the time used. Unused reserved time is cancelled.

Showering before and after grooming is required.

All grooming activities are subject to mutual comfort, hygiene and consent.

Companionship

Companionship provides time together for conversation, outings and mutually agreed activities.

The rate is $50 per hour, payable in full online when booking. Each appointment is limited to three hours, with no duration discounts.

The payment covers the selected duration. Additional expenses are discussed and agreed upon separately.

Companionship does not include massage, cuddling or grooming. Separate appointments may be arranged consecutively, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the applicable booking terms and law.

Overnight

Overnight packages at The Lodge combine a fixed accommodation charge with my personal time at $25 per hour.

Available packages are:

Extended Overnight, 4 PM–11 AM: 19 hours, $970.
Full Overnight, 7 PM–9 AM: 14 hours, $745.
Late Overnight, 10 PM–7 AM: 9 hours, $520.

All departure times are the following morning.

A combined massage and cuddling add-on is available for $250, within the reserved appointment duration.

A $150 reservation deposit is payable online and credited toward the selected package.

Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice and is subject to availability. Cancellation and deposit conditions remain subject to applicable law.

The packages include agreed Lodge facilities and accommodations. Appointments at other locations are quoted separately.

Facilities & Cleanliness

Fresh sheets are provided for every massage, and each guest receives clean towels and facecloths.

The Lodge features two private massage studios, an infrared sauna, showers and comfortable relaxation areas.

Sauna use is optional, counts toward booked time and should be requested in advance so the sauna can be heated.

Appointments are private. No unrelated clients or guests will be present during an individual reservation. Private group arrangements must be agreed upon beforehand.

Access to specific rooms and amenities depends on the service booked.

Consent & Boundaries

All clients and guests must be at least 18 years old and arrive sober.

Preferences, limitations and boundaries should be communicated before appointments, preferably through the booking form.

Every service is based on informed, mutual consent. Clothing choices, physical closeness, massage positioning and participation in one activity do not imply consent to another.

Close physical contact, optional draping and minimal clothing do not constitute consent to sexual activity. Massage is not a sexual service. Consent to any particular form of contact may be withdrawn at any time, and either person may request an adjustment or end the session.

Embrace and Skin-to-Skin Embrace are non-sexual professional cuddling experiences. Massage services are also offered for relaxation, not sexual activity.

Either person may decline, change or stop any form of contact at any time.

Privacy, confidentiality and respect for personal boundaries are expected throughout every appointment.

Photography and audio or video recording are prohibited inside The Lodge without prior permission.

Connection Without Labels does not mean without boundaries.

Privacy

Client privacy and discretion are important to me.

Personal information collected through bookings, payments and communications is handled according to TWC's separate Privacy Policy.

Appointment details and personal preferences are treated confidentially, subject to applicable legal obligations.
