These policies apply to services provided by TWC Company Inc. Service descriptions, prices and availability are published separately.

Booking & Arrival

Regular appointments are available Monday to Friday, 5–11:30 PM, and weekends, 8 AM–11:30 PM.

​

Online bookings require at least three hours' notice. Other times may be arranged directly.

​

Please arrive within ten minutes of your appointment. Late arrivals may reduce the time available.

​

The Lodge's address is provided after booking. Driveway and street parking are available.

​

Payment & Cancellations

All advertised prices include HST.

​

Payment is accepted online or at the appointment by cash, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, debit, credit or supported digital wallets.

​

Standard appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. After two late cancellations or no-shows, future bookings may be declined.

​

Overnight hosting and prepaid massage passes have their own cancellation or redemption terms, provided before purchase.

​

Massage

TWC offers full-body relaxation massage using heated oil, medium-firm pressure and long, slow movements.

​

Sessions take place in a private, comfortable setting, with a choice of two massage studios at The Lodge.

​

Draping is optional and based on individual preferences and mutual agreement. Large sheets are provided.

​

Four-hand, simultaneous couples and group massages may involve additional independent masseurs who are hired and paid separately. Couples can also book consecutive sessions with Miguel.

​

Mobile massage is available at suitable homes, hotels and private accommodations.

​

Miguel is not a Registered Massage Therapist. TWC's massage services are not medical treatments and are not eligible for RMT insurance reimbursement. Ordinary business receipts are available on request.

​

Grooming

Grooming includes trimming and assisted self-care, tailored to each client's needs.

​

Appointments are charged by time, not by body area.

​

Showering before and after grooming is required.

​

Company

Company is time together for conversation, relaxation, shared activities or outings.

​

Appointments may take place at The Lodge, at a client's location or elsewhere by agreement.

​

Massage and grooming are separate services. Meals, tickets, transportation and other outing expenses are additional unless otherwise agreed.

​

Overnight Hosting

The Lodge offers privately hosted overnight experiences, with Miguel present throughout the stay.

​

Guests have access to the agreed facilities, including the sauna, showers, kitchen, studios, bedrooms, and living areas. Breakfast is included.

​

The Lodge can accommodate up to six overnight guests, subject to prior arrangement.

​

Massage and grooming can be booked separately.

​

Arrival and departure times are confirmed before booking. No security deposit is required.

​

Deposits of 20% are required to book an overnight, refundable up to 48 hours before start time.

​

Facilities & Cleanliness

Fresh sheets are provided for every massage, and each guest receives clean towels and facecloths.

​

The infrared sauna and showers are available during eligible appointments at The Lodge. Sauna use is optional, counts toward booked time, and must be requested in advance so it can be heated.

​

Appointments are private. Other clients will not be present unless part of an agreed group booking.

​

Consent & Boundaries

All clients and guests must be at least 18 years old and arrive sober.

​

Preferences, limitations and boundaries should be communicated before appointments, preferably through the booking form.

​

All services require mutual consent. Either person may decline, pause or stop an activity at any time.

​

TWC Company Inc. does not advertise, offer or provide paid sexual services. Each booking covers only the services described.

​

Photography and audio or video recording are prohibited inside The Lodge.

​

Without Labels doesn't mean without boundaries.

​

Privacy

Personal information is collected, used and protected according to the separate Privacy Policy.
