What you can book.
Five things, and most end up with two.
Rate is the time base. Ninety an hour before tax, sixty for the The Lodge and thirty for me, dropping the longer you stay. Everything else is either included, or if it's a hands on service, then it's is priced on top.

Massage
An hour where nothing is asked of you. Full-body or express, on the table or bed, in a warm room, with no intake form and no treatment plan. The thing I'm known for and still the thing most men book. From $115.

Sauna
Sit in the heat and say what you like. Rounds of heat and cold with somebody to sit with. Included in all other services.

Grooming
Taken down or taken off. Trimming, shaving and waxing, one area or everything, done privately and without commentary. From $15.

Company
Somebody in the room. Cooking, a film, games, a match with friends, an afternoon out on the bikes. No massage unless you add one, and the hour is whatever you want it to be. From $95.

Stay
Breakfast in the morning. The master bedroom for the night, the sauna in the evening, and a proper goodbye before you go. Alone, or up to six of you. From $695.
